Who am I?

I have always had a passion for human relationships, and I support people of all ages and backgrounds in fulfilling their potential and finding their place.

 

As a psychology and counselling graduate, with an international experience in therapy (Canada, Australia, France), I am now based in Noumea, New Caledonia, which is where I grew up. I use a combination of active listening, openness and kindness to understand your needs, fears and expectations.

 

My aim is to empower you to be your true self, at your own pace, in French or English.

What do I offer?

Individualised support, tailored to your needs

Each person has their own unique story. Sessions provide a safe, confidential space to take a break, step back and explore what needs your attention. They can take place as often as you need : regular sessions or one-off appointment, I follow your pace.

Together, we will focus on what matters and what feels right, to  better understand your emotions and enable you to take action. Sessions can be done alone or with another person (partner, loved one, parent) to ease relationship tensions.

Doubts, academic pressure, anxiety, lack of self-confidence, and strong emotions are typical of adolescence. It's a complex period during which we discover and define ourselves.

 

I offer a listening space where non-judgement is the rule to help you navigate these challenges and get to know yourself better. Sessions can be individual or, if appropriate, family-based to ease relationship dynamics.

In addition to individual and relationship counselling, I offer one-off or regular interventions. Participants are actively involved and acquire practical tools to better understand themselves and communicate more effectively. These workshops help prevent stress and promote well-being.
