How does it work?
Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour.

In person: 11bis Port Despointes Road, Faubourg Blanchot, Nouméa.

Online: No software required, you just need a good internet connection, a camera and a microphone.

First session
During the first meetings, we explore your story and your needs together. We determine together how many sessions you need and how often sessions will occur (if regular follow-up is needed) and what you want to achieve by coming to see me.
The goal of the first session is also to see if my approach is a good fit for you, if you feel comfortable during our discussions. If, for one reason or another, you feel that this isn't quite the right "match," that's perfectly okay. Just tell me about it and I can refer you to other professionals if you wish. The important thing is that you find a safe space to share your story

Purpose of sessions
Express yourself freely and without judgment. Learn to love yourself , accept yourself as you are, and adjust what, within you, makes your daily life more difficult.
The idea is not to tell you what to do, or to change who you are, but to help you develop the inner resources you already have.
Thanks to the sessions, you will also be equipped to better manage your emotions , set appropriate boundaries, and make decisions with confidence. Concrete tools, such as cardiac coherence exercises, will allow you to move forward with more inner stability and peace in your daily life.

End of sessions
We discuss how you feel now compared to the beginning of the session and briefly cover what has been discussed so far.
Possible goals to be accomplished before or during the next session can also be discussed.
Support and exercises can be provided to you if something is still holding you back between sessions.
If needed, we will set the date(s) of the next appointment(s) together, at the time that suits you best. Frequency of sessions can always be adjusted depending on your needs.
