Relationship counselling

"Between what I think, what I want to say, what I believe I'm saying, what I actually say, what you want to hear, what you hear, and what you understand, we may have difficulty communicating, but let's try anyway!"
-Bernard Weber

Some relationships can be a source of tension and misunderstandings can pile up. Relationship support provides a safe space where everyone can express themselves, be heard and better understand each other. It is intended for parents and teenagers, adult or senior relatives and helps improve communication.

When can this kind of support be considered?

  • Do your discussions always escalate into conflict?

  • Do you feel like you're not being heard, or that your teenager, parent or relative isn't really listening?

  • Misunderstandings pile up and create invisible but heavy tensions?

  • Would you like to restore a more peaceful atmosphere, where everyone can express themselves and feel understood?

What are the benefits?

Each session allows each person to:

  • Express what they feel in a safe and respectful environment

  • Clarify misunderstandings and ease tensions

  • Find concrete solutions to improve dialogue

  • Leave with tools to better manage everyday conflicts

Over the course of the sessions, the aim is to:

  • Strengthen listening and mutual understanding

  • Reduce recurring conflict situations

  • Facilitate communication between parents and teenagers, or between close adult relatives

  • Re-establish a healthy relationship dynamic
