1. How can I book a session?

Click here to make an online appointment.
If you need more information, you can also contact me through the
contact form, call or text at +687 544 555 or email me at imanentherapy@gmail.com. I will get back to you quickly to arrange an appointment.

2. How does a session take place?

Individual sessions last 1 hour. Relationship counselling can last 1h (2 people) or 1h30 (3 or more people). They take place at the office at 11bis Port Despointes Road (1st floor), Faubourg Blanchot.

Sessions can also be done via video conferencing. All you need is a quiet place, a good connection, a microphone and a camera.

3. Who is therapy for?

I work with teenagers, adults, expatriates... anyone requiring support during key life transitions. My practice is open and welcoming to people of all cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. You don't have to be in a "terrible" state to come see me — wanting to understand yourself better and regain balance is enough.

4. Are the sessions confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Everything shared during the sessions remains strictly confidential except for legal obligations (immediate danger, abuse, etc...).

In the case of minors/adolescents (under 18) parental consent is required to begin therapy.
I respect adolescents' privacy, while maintaining a relationship of trust and transparency with the parents. General information can be shared for monitoring (duration, frequency, overall progress), without disclosing the precise content of the exchanges, unless this proves necessary for adolescents' safety.

5. How long does it take for it to "work" ?

Everyone evolves at their own pace. Sometimes one session is enough to unblock a situation, sometimes it takes more time. The important thing is to respect your own pace.

6. How often can I come for a session?

There's no set schedule. Some people come once a month or every two weeks, others more occasionally. It is also possible to come for just one session. We'll work together to determine what works best for you.

7. Is it reimbursed by social security?

Sessions are not covered by French social security. However, some health insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for sessions. Don't hesitate to check with your insurance company.

8. How can I pay? Can I receive an invoice or receipt?

Payment is made on the day of the session, in cash (if session is in person) by bank transfer, Wero, or another mutually agreed upon payment method (if session is done online). A receipt can be sent after each session if needed.

9. What if I don't feel comfortable?

Sessions may bring up unpleasant sensations and emotions. Although uncomfortable, this is part of the therapeutic process.

However, if you experience persistent discomfort during the sessions or feel uncomfortable talking to me, we can discuss it in a friendly manner. I can also refer you to another professional if you wish. The important thing is that you feel safe and supported.

10. How do you guarantee the quality of the support provided?

To ensure ethical and qualitative support, I receive regular supervision from an experienced professional. This allows me to gain perspective, improve my practice, and offer you a safe and supportive environment.
