Who am I?

Sensitive to emotions that are sometimes difficult to put into words, I am eager to help you express yourself fully.

As a Caledonian woman who grew up among several cultures and has lived in different countries, I deeply understand what it means to search for one's place, to feel torn, to be " too much " or " not enough ". These experiences have nourished my therapeutical approach: I offer support with gentleness, curiosity, and sometimes a touch of humour, without ever claiming to know better than you what you are going through.

Together, let’s explore who you are so that you can gradually find your place and make your voice heard.

My journey

Fascinated by human relationships, I have always been curious about how each person functions in their own unique way.

I studied psychology for three years in Montreal, Canada, gaining a solid foundation in understanding both internal and relational dynamics. I then trained in counselling for two years in Melbourne, Australia — a humanist-inspired approach focused on active listening, kindness, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

I have supported adults in one-on-one sessions, including in professional settings, and worked with youth individually and in groups in schools, across Canada, Australia, France and New Caledonia. These varied experiences taught me to adapt to each individual, with their own rhythm, needs, and story.

At the same time, I deeply believe in doing my own inner work. Continuing my own therapeutic journey allows me to stay grounded, and to support others with authenticity and humility.

I now bring together this worldwide experience, the depth of psychology with the solution-focused nature of counselling — to offer a flexible and personalised approach, shaped around you.

"One day, there was a huge forest fire. Terrified animals watched helplessly as the disaster unfolded. Except for the little Hummingbird, who flew back and forth, gathering a few drops of water in his beak to drop on the fire.

After a while, the armadillo, annoyed by this futile effort, said to him, “Hummingbird! Those drops of water won’t put out the fire!”

“I know, but I’m doing my part,” replied the Hummingbird.”

         My vision

Like the hummingbird, I am driven by the desire to contribute - even modestly - to a more kind and humane world . A world where we can make room for our emotions, our contradictions, our vulnerabilities ... without them controlling us.

I am convinced that when we learn to understand ourselves better, to take care of ourselves differently, we also transform the way we relate to others.

By unlocking what has hurt us, setting clearer boundaries, daring to be more gentle and aligned, we sometimes interrupt old and repetitive cycles. And this work, although individual, has a broader scope: by allowing ourselves to be truly who we are, we allow others to do the same.
