2. Making an appointment
Individual sessions can be booked by email, telephone or via an online form.
All appointments are confirmed once the date has been confirmed by mutual agreement.
3. Prices
Prices are provided, tax included, and can be subject to change. The current price is the one communicated at the time of booking.
Certain sessions may be subject to a personalised quote (workshops, companies, etc.).
4. Terms of payment
Payment is made at the end of the session, by bank transfer, cash or another method specified in advance.
For workshops and training courses, a deposit may be requested at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation / postponement
All sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance must be paid for, except in cases of extreme emergency.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the session.
6. Withdrawal rights
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period.
7. Confidentiality
Exchanges in the context of therapy or workshops are confidential and comply with the rules of professional ethics.
8. Personal data
The data collected (name, email, telephone number, etc.) is used solely in relation to the services provided and is never passed on to third parties.

9. Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, French law will apply and the competent courts will be those of Paris.
10. Limits of sessions
The support offered is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. No medical diagnosis is made and no treatment is prescribed.
The sessions are part of a process of support, change management and personal development. In the case of serious pathology or severe psychological problems, medical advice may be recommended.
No results can be guaranteed; the effectiveness of the support depends in particular on the personal involvement of the client.
